1962: Start-up of the company Ateliers de Fos (ADF) to Port de Bouc, with 25 employees, core business boiler construction for local customers in the petroleum and chemical sector.
1985: Bringing in the first maintenance contract
1990: 1st contract with result obligation.
1991: ADF has a turnover of 123 million French francs; integration of CADsud (Research Department) and Preci Mecanic (special and automatic machines). The activity of ' projects and shutdowns' is in full growth.
1998: Start-up of the activity: environment, industrial cleaning and waste management
2001: ADF became ADF Cofathec after rapprochement with Cofathec, business service provider of Gaz de France
2003: Integration of Tarlin and creation of the Board of North.
2004: Acquisition of SERMI and creation of ADF Normandie.
2006: Through the acquisition of the company CTRA, ADF has an extensive national coverage in France.
2007: ADF is autonomous and follows its industrial project
2008: ADF Group acquires Vallet Pharma and widens its services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
2010: The ADF group acquires 100% of the Belgian companies RIS, TIB (Industrial Pipe) and businesses of E.P.I.C. (Industrial Projects and Construction Studies) and SAD (Skid Assembly Division). The merger gives birth to ADF TIB.
2016: The Group takes over LATECOERE Services and G2Métric and strengthens its position in the aerospace and metrology industry
2017: With the new visual identity of the ADF Group, all entities find part of their historic signature. The historical blue for LATECOERE Services, as for G²Métric, is omnipresent. It symbolizes the sky of space and aeronautics. The petal pictogram accompanying ADF for several years now is taken again. It symbolizes the 3 formats of offers that the Group has defined.
