Recently, the HSE management of the ADF Group launched a brand new management system. This system is based on four crucial concepts:

  • Our human behaviour
  • Our means
  • Our fundaments
  • Our requirements

The new management system was given an appropriate name, « One LIFE », in order to further emphasize the collective nature of the system.

The HSE management explained the system in great detail to the ADF employees. With great enthusiasm, they stressed the pivotal role of collective engagement, how everyone is involved in this new process, and of course how the One Life system was built for and based on every single ADF-employee.

Among other things, our fundaments emphasize the following:

  • Each level of our company is expected to engage itself with equal conviction
  • We all adhere to the conformity principles of the One Life system
  • We all have respect for the rules and clients of the ADF Group

Moreover, it is also important to know the risks, to show engagement and to take up responsibility whenever necessary, always in light of the human factor.

Communication is also of crucial importance, to ensure that our collective effort keeps improving and our safety measures keep evolving in a positive manner.

In conclusion, the 5 essential rules in our code of conduct are continuously improved upon and adapted thanks to our 12 requirements. We are convinced that these “Golden Rules” will further stimulate the growth of the ADF Group. Here’s to the bright future for our company!
