I would like to inform you that after several months of preparation, Group Latécoère Services has officially joined us since Tuesday 20 December.
This operation is part of the strategic development of our Group and represented a unique opportunity to develop new markets for the companies Latécoère Services et G2Métric, as well for ADF. The newly constituted group will develop over 13 countries with near 4000 employees.
Our Executive Committee welcomes both Mr Hubert DEHAESE and François GASTOU and is ready for the start of the project called ‘One’. During the year 2017 this project will focus on the development of the necessary tracks of the coalition of Group ADF with Latécoère Services and G2Metric.
The project ‘One’ is designed to unite all the teams of the company and to mobilize all the energy for collective success.
We are convinced that this operation means for every individual among us, this is an opportunity in the context of ambitious projects to enrich our competencies and this within a stronger group.
On this occasion I wish to thank everyone who contributed to the success of this operation: our customers, our employees who were engaged in the preparation stage, the representatives of the staff and the management of the two groups.
