ADF currently has 3000 employees and want to expand even further with at least 66 people.
Therefore ADF invest 3.5 million euros in a new site metal construction (5000 m²) to Fos-sur-Mer located in the South of France.
They will exploit equipment and machines of the latest generation for sheet metal work which have a high added value in the production.
In accordance with the strategy for development 20/20 ADF wants to respond to:
- design and deliver solutions for the industry,
- providing services with a higher added value
- increase the presence of ADF, highlighting and to distinguish ourselves from our competitors in terms of standards, qualifications, training, ...
- following our main clients in their international deployment
- reorganization of industrial productivity
- productivity improvement
With the necessary preparation and work would the site be operational in 2018:
- July-August 2016: architectural design
- October 2016: submission of the license
- 07/10/2016: ceremony
- 2016 T4: preparation, Earthwork, parking, installation compressor,...
- 2017 S1: external construction, tiling, layout, network
- September 2017: installation of the machines
- 2017 T4: partly operational workshop
- 2018: fully operational workshop
